Grades 6-8

Grades 6-8

The middle school department of St. Jerome Catholic School is committed to meeting the educational and emotional needs of adolescents.

Each class is taught by a teacher who has a specialty in the field they teach.

All students take courses in Religion, English, Reading, Math, Social Studies, and Science.  Additionally, middle school students take Physical Education, Spanish, Technology, and Fine Arts electives.  Fine Arts classes include art, music, and yearbook (grade 8).

The academic program is designed to prepare middle school students for high school and beyond.  A strong faith formation program, rich in Catholic Identity and traditions, serves as the foundation for all learning.  Students have opportunities to live out the Works of Mercy by word and deed.
